I cannot rave enough about how great my experience with Cindy and her shop were. First of all, shipping was so incredibly quick! My order shipped out the next business day and was at my door step within 3 days. There was a small mixup with my large order but Cindy responded within literal minutes of my message and went above and beyond in correcting the mixup. I not only got to keep the order that I received by accident with extra jibbitz, but mine was also delivered within the same week and it ALSO included free jibbitz and some other goodies! I noticed that Cindy customizes the freebies based on the theme of the order, I’m so happy with my adorable, vibrant Sanrio characters! Dare I say they are better quality than croc jibbitz themselves? Much easier to put on and take off for sure. I’m coming back for more soon!
